Legal fees vary from case to case. At Cashion Legal, we strive to provide flexible-fee options as often as possible to give you peace of mind about how much you can expect to pay for a particular service.

Yes, we charge a flat fee for consultations. Our standard consultation fee is $425, plus GST. This fee covers all time spent reviewing materials provided in advance of the consultation, reviewing relevant precedents, attending the consultation, and responding to simple follow-up questions. This consultation may change depending on the circumstances but will always be confirmed in advance of the consultation.

We take a limited number of cases on a contingency fee basis. If you’re interested in exploring whether your case might be eligible for this, we can discuss it at your consultation.
