Yes, we charge flat fee for consultations. Our standard consultation fee is $425, plus GST. This fee covers all time spent reviewing materials provided in advance of the consultation, reviewing relevant precedents, attending the consultation, and responding to simple follow-up questions. This consultation may change depending on the circumstances but will always be confirmed in advance of the consultation.
