We do charge for consultations. This fee covers the review of relevant documents, legal analysis, along with a discussion about your situation and the options available to you. Our goal is to provide clarity and peace of mind for your situation, along with a strategy for the path forward.

We generally charge a flat fee of $375 plus GST for severance package reviews and constructive dismissal reviews.This consultation fee may change depending on the circumstances but will always be confirmed in advance of the consultation. Consultations on other matters are generally billed by the hour. 

We take a limited number of cases on a contingency fee basis.
