Cole’s practice consists of providing legal advice to individuals who are facing workplace issues, termination from their employment, and human rights complaints in the workplace. He also provides advice to businesses for employment contract review as well as legal advice for employment disputes. Cole focuses on providing his clients a cost-effective and straightforward approach to answering questions and resolving issues.
Experience
Prior to joining the team at Cashion Legal, Cole was an associate at a respected regional firm in Alberta after completing his articles at a boutique litigation firm in Calgary, both being positions where he gained valuable experience with a wide variety of litigation issues. During his legal career, Cole has prided himself on making meaningful connections with his clients to understand their individual needs. Cole has represented clients in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
Credentials
Cole holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Cole is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Calgary Bar Association, being called to the Alberta Bar in 2024.

Cole was born and raised in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia before moving to Calgary, following his education. In his free time Cole enjoys exercise, cooking, skiing, and exploring Calgary’s food and drink scene.
