Jordan Kadach is an employment lawyer, primarily acting for employees and individuals facing work place issues. He regularly performs termination reviews and severance package reviews, for wrongful terminations and constructive dismissals. He is diligent in negotiating better offers for his clients and offering legal advice to Albertans in need of counsel.

Practice
Jordan’s practice is primarily focused on providing legal advice to, negotiating and advocating on behalf of employees facing challenges related to their employment. With a background in corporate and securities law, Jordan also has the flexibility to advise both individuals and corporations on their rights and obligations in respect of these matters.
Experience
Before joining Cashion Legal, Jordan built the foundation for his legal career by practicing in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law at a boutique corporate firm in Calgary. During his time at this firm, Jordan advised and supported management teams and boards of directors of both private and public companies to close share and asset purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, equity and debt private placements, and going public transactions, as well as advised on matters related to corporate governance, equity compensation, employment matters and disputes related to each of the foregoing. Through this experience, Jordan has developed a high attention to detail as well as strong analytical and strategic abilities.
Credentials
Jordan holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and History from the University of British Columbia, achieving the status of Dean’s Honour List. Jordan was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary Bar Association.
Get to know Jordan
Jordan was born in Calgary but raised in the Okanagan where he grew to love hiking, camping, golfing and swimming. Jordan has since moved back to Calgary, where in his free time he enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, improvising new recipes for his friends and family, playing card games and reading literature.
