Our Focus

Litigation is immensely challenging for individuals and small businesses. At Cashion Legal we provide our clients with strategic plans based on in-depth analysis, personalized service, and clear communication to support our clients through the litigation process.

Our services include severance package reviews, severance negotiations, employment litigation, shareholder litigation, non-competition litigation, contract review, contract drafting, and other employment and litigation services.

We are growing our firm and are looking for lawyers looking to make the next big step in their career. We need lawyers who committed to honing their craft, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about helping people. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of litigation experience.

What You’ll Do

The majority of our work is litigation, but you will be involved in a wide range of legal matters including reviewing severance offers, wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, termination for cause, non-competition litigation, shareholder litigation, contract writing and review, human rights issues in the workplace, and other litigation matters.

Who You Are

• 1-5 years of litigation experience
• Passionate about, and fascinated by, the law, including a desire to improve and hone your legal skills
• A creative problem solver with a positive and helpful attitude and excellent people skills
• A collaborative attitude with the willingness to work with others to build winning strategies for our clients
• Committed to personal growth and continuous improvement
• You consider yourself a fast learner and love to develop and perfect new skills
• Dedication to providing efficient and effective service for our clients
• Practical business instincts on billable targets and the business of law
• Have a J.D. or LL.B from a recognized Canadian or International institution
• Are an active member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
